Breathe Easy Ashford and Tenterden

Wheezy?  Breathless?  You are not alone.  Come along to your local Breathe Easy group for support and information about living with a lung condition and breathlessness.  You will be met with a warm welcome and a friendly, understanding group.

Breathe Easy Ashford and Tenterden (BEAT) launched in September 2009 and have been meeting on a monthly basis.  Each meeting the group listen to an interesting and informative talk on a range of topics from lung health to hobbies meaning there is something for everyone.  Meetings are rounded off with an update from Committee members, a raffle and a cup of tea and social time.  The group have fantastic support from the local respiratory team and receive regular visits allowing group members to ask questions.  Breathe Easy meet at Ashford Rail Staff Club, Beaver Road, Ashford, TN23 7RR on the last Wednesday of the month.  We would be delighted to welcome you to our next meeting and hope you will become a regular member.

Care All together on Romney Marsh (CARM)

Care All together on Romney Marsh (CARM) is a charity very much involved in Woodchurch life. As well as monthly Meeting Points held at the Bonny Cravat, CARM offers a befriending service to any lonely residents in the area.
