The Pandemic Support Hotline has now been merge back into the Woodchurch HUB however the Hotline Support Team will still be there to provide help and support. Now you only need to remember one number (01233 861381) then press 1 for the HUB Helpline. The helpline is still contactable by email – support@woodchurchhub.uk
Since the beginning of the Pandemic we have been providing you with weekly village updates, however from July 2020 these will now be brought back into the monthly HUB Newsletter. We hope that you found the weekly updates useful, and also brought you some smiles during the difficult times. a big thank you to our update editorial team (especially Lesley and Philippa) for all their hard work. You can read all of the Pandemic weekly updates here.

If you need help (e.g. delivering shopping, picking up medicines or other supplies, collecting newspapers, posting mail etc. or just a friendly phone call), please contact the central support hotline above.
The support is provided by local volunteers who will do their best to help you.

If you can offer help and are willing to help provide support for local residents who are having to self-isolate please register.  We are looking for people to work as local “Street Coordinators”, who are willing to provide support and be a trusted friendly face to isolated friends and neighbours. We are also looking for volunteers who could help with dog walking where needed.

Support for vulnerable people during the Pandemic is being coordinated nationally between Central Government, KCC, Borough and local councils and the community sector. Any calls made to national or regional support numbers are being passed to the most appropriate local support group to provide the on-the-ground support.

You may call any of the national or regional support lines to request help, however these will eventually be passed to the Woodchurch support hotline to provide the physical support locally. You are likely to get the fastest response by calling the Woodchurch Support Hotline first.
